Q: What kind of plastic is this garland made out of?

It’s a hard plastic, but not rigid. There is some softness to it. Very good quality! Very full look with lots of leaves. Beautiful!!

Q: I never received the product, your service suck and you still took my money!!! How do I get a refund!?
