I bought this to replace my Cuisinart 5 qt tri-ply saute pan whose bottom delaminated due to being thoroughly burned. When comparing the bottom thickness, the Cuisinart whose bottom looks like it was welded on has 1/4 inch thickness, whereas this one is about 1/8 inch thickness. So the Lolykitch is only half as thick, it's so thin it makes me wonder if tri-ply is meaningful for heat distribution. This is in line with reviews regarding how "light" the pans are, after all, there's less metal.The handles feel good for gripping, the Cuisinart has thin handles which make it uncomfortable to hold.For assembly, i noticed metal shards on the floor after screwing in the nuts suggesting the nuts and bolts were not properly deburred. If you have some rugrats running at home you may want to assemble this outside.Overall, I'd probably go back to the Cuisinart with the thicker bottom and awful handles but doesn't require assembly. For this pan, I probably wouldn't pay more than 65% of the Cuisinart price since Lolykitch skimped on material. This set of pans are useable, the smaller pans do not need to be thick. The 5-6 qt saute pans are generally pretty wide so the heat doesn't reach the edges very well, for that reason I prefer the bottom to be thicker at the additional cost of money and weight.

Al principio me dieron ganas de devolverlo porq no se veía como el otro q también acá aba de comprar, pero a la hora de usarlo, mis respetos, un exelente sartén .
