Love this hot sauce!!!
Found this gem while vacationing in St. Lucia and it's got to be one of the best hot sauces on the planet. Great flavor and taste. It's spicy but it's not overwhelming. It's spicy with a bit of sweet and sour taste. Great on everything so far.We have used it on all types of meat and fish, pastas, vegetables, and even on sushi. This will be our hot sauce from now on.

The hot sauce is wonderful, but two bottles need to be properly wrapped.

A taste of Caribbean heat
Found this hot sauce on vacation in the Caribbean and love it. Perfect with breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Just the right balance of heat and flavor, but I like spicy food. The scotch bonnet pepper is not as spicy as a habanero pepper but the balance in this sauce is nice.

Not as spicy as the one you get from actual Caribbean countries
Bought this because I ran out of my original sauce which was purchased in the Caribbean, bottle looked exactly the same but it’s not as spicy as the one I purchased. Not sure if the recipe changed but this one tasted different, good but different
