I was having agitation issues with my washing machine. I first replaced the clutch and belt but it did not fix the issue. Then I ordered this synchronous motor and installed it, and the washing machine was as good as new. It actually agitates stronger then it ever has. Totally recommend. It was also easy to install. I just had to put it on its side and it was right there with two screws holding it, and it was a perfect fit. It definitely was an upgrade for this replacement part, and for the cost it was a great value for the money spent.

Why did you pick this product vs others?: I selected this product because it literally looked exactly like the one I had on my washing machine. Unfortunately, I did not function at all. Value for money: It was about half the price of the OEM versions. Fit: It fit the washer perfectly and matched the original in all ways. Ease of installation: It was super easy to install. Durability: It attempted to function initially, creating a grinding noise when it kicked in, and then it died. I do not recommend. Just get the OEM version.

Great price and super easy to install. But after installing the first one, we washed 3 loads and then it failed like before (stuck in sensing cycle). Amazon was great about shipping a replacement quickly and it is now installed and working fine. Hopefully the first was just a lemon unit from the factory. I would have rated 5 stars if not for that first failure.

Put the washer in diagnostic mode, flashed code that said this part was bad...a little over $16 and the washer spins and works fine again! Minutes to install (two screws)

If you read my review on the other washing machine part I ordered then you know I am not an appliance repair person. This looks just like the factory component and went in easily. It didn't fix my problem, but then again the old one probably wasn't bad to begin with...lol So, if you are more experienced with this than I am then I assume this part will work great for you. If you don't know what you're doing, put the screwdriver down, get out your checkbook, and call someone to fix it while you watch videos and drink a Dr.Pepper.
