Easy to swallow

Quality is good and price is reasonable

Since I have started taking it I feel less tired and sleepy . It’s easy to swallow though it looks big.

There are 90 capsules of Omega 3 for about £16. The capsules themselves are rather big when compared to my vitamin pills. Probably because of the dose of EPA and DHA that is more than expected. The recommended dose is still two capsules a day meaning that a pack of ninety will last for forty five days, although I usually only remember to take 1 per day. The packaging has clear instructions with health warnings. There is a small after taste but not really powerful so that is fine. The expiry date is also very generous at over 2 years but if you take that long to use the bottle then what are you doing, just keep them in reach. A fair price for 90 capsules of Omega 3.

When I opened the bottle I was surprised by how big the capsules are compared to my usual tiny capsule brand. When I read the ingredients on the bottle I understood why. These capsules have a dose of EPA and DHA that is more than three times the content of my usual capsules. The recommended dose is still two capsules a day meaning that a pack of ninety will last for forty five days. This is better, for me, than taking four of my usual smaller dose and smaller size capsules. The packaging has clear instructions with health warnings (consult with a GP if pregnant or have health problems) also clearly described. I wish that the capsules had a vitamin E addition but, other than this, these are probably my new favourite brand of Omega 3 capsules. The expiry date is also very generous - it's currently December 2023 and the expiry date at the bottom of the bottle is the end of May 2026.
