Q: my orders wont tear off properly. ? are the books defective ?

Mine won't ether I had to push the cover off the staples to get them to tear off. So I would say they were not made correctly . This is the first time since 2003 that i have had trouble with them . I have used 134 books.

Q: can these be personalized?
