My old connector worked but cable was loose and had issues staying connected when bumped. Purchased this connect and installed. Now the apple app will not work. It charges well but car play will not work. I would not buy this one.

My old connector worked but cable was loose and had issues staying connected when bumped. Purchased this connect and installed. Now I have intermediate connection issues with Android Auto giving a connection error on the phone. I have tried different cables and updated app. Giving this product 3 stars because this is the only that changed before having connection issues on the app.

I compared the picture with what I needed and it also said it would fit my car. When I got it it almost looked like a small jump drive. Not even close to what they showed in their picture.
