I appreciate the lower dosage as the higher doses have created some issues for me. If you need or want a higher dose you can double up on the pills. This are very small capsules if you have trouble swallowing bigger ones. I have never had an issue with this brand and feel that the quality is good.

Familiar with manufacturer, known to have good products and fair prices .... needed to elevate D3 levels, won't know until blood test are done, may upgrade to 5000 ....
