I was very skeptical about using this the first time. But this is a game changer especially during the night. Carmesi is a great brand and have been using the pads for the longest time. Best product if you are travelling and have fear of leakage and reluctant to use tampons or mensural cups, you must buy this, one panty works upto 10 hours in case of heavy flow, in light glow it can work upto 24 hours.
