Does not stick to you.
The medication on the pads does give some relief, however the pads do not stay attached. With in a few minutes of application and you getting up and move around the pads fall off. Not just a few from the package but all of them. You could put them under an ace bandage or knee brace to keep them in place. I will not buy these again. A waste of money.
