Had more energy on these ashwaganda no more anxiety

The product quality is top notch hence the rating, however my experience with this after taking for a week was horrible. I got symptoms of low blood sugar as well as dyspnea. The symptoms began after I upped to 3 tablets and have thankfully started to subside now.This won't happen to everyone and the issue is me and my strange physiology. Don't let this put you off trying this product but take it easy, one per day is plenty to begin with.

I’ve suffered with insomnia for many years, now in my late 40’s I assume it’s related to peri- menopause. I have now slept well for 7 consecutive nights and I’m pretty sure it’s because of taking the Alpha01 Ashwagandha. It’s taken quite a few weeks for them to kick in, and I finished the bottle 2 days ago. I had to buy another brand as unfortunately these ones are currently unavailable. I’m surprised that my insomnia is back immediately I switched to the new brand. The new tablets are only 300mg whereas Alpha01 ashwagandha are 1950mg! I would definitely recommend them as they’re much cheaper and more effective.

Value for money - more mg per capsule than most-higher dosage, natural dissolvable vegan capsules, every day use does not effect natural bio rhythms, i use it to keep going as my weeks are edurance with my work and long daily intense bike riding,Lloyd Alexander at Bike Soundz

Not the best smell in the world, but the contents are top notch!Definitely noticed a difference after a week of taking them.Has helped regulate and lose weight for me.Have noticed a bit more clarityAnd last but by no means least has helped improve the old gentleman’s health!

I bought this because of reviews I’m not sure how it affects others but I feel really tired when I take it I’ve taken different brands for years between 300/600 strength this seem high for one tablet I definitely won’t take 3 as recommended but I think we are all different I won’t be ordering again .

I use Ashwagandha to take the edge off anxiety & stress, give me a good night sleep & focus the mind when I need to concentrate. Ashwagandha is an Adaptogen which means it balances your body system. Calms when needed, energises when needed & in men can also help sexual drive. Who doesn’t need Ashwagandha? But always take organic & with KSM66 as this is the purest form& is suitable for all.
