Almond Extract - Non-GMO - Kosher - Gluten Free - Vegan - 16 ounces

This is an excellent almond extract offered at an incredibly reasonable price, even if you factor in the shipping cost. I used to buy almond extract in large(ish) bottles from Marshalls (usually by Williams-Sonoma), but they no longer have it, and since I use it quite a bit (cakes, cookies, granola bars, frosting, etc.), the tiny (and really expensive) bottles offered elsewhere just don't cut it. After a bit of a search on Amazon, I came across this one, and I'm beyond delighted I've found it. The combination of the exceptional quality (both the smell and the flavour it gives my baked goods) and the price (as I've mentioned above, beyond reasonable) is unbeatable. I would recommend it wholeheartedly to the most avid bakers.

I purchased the 16oz bottle. Packaging: I don't know if it's an old picture or only applies to certain quantities but mine came in a clear plastic bottle, about 6-7inches tall, as opposed to the amber bottle picture. That's perfectly fine to me but if it matters to you, just be aware. Quality: I've tried a few different brands and there is some definite variance between different brands selling "pure" extract. I've had some terrible ones and some outstanding ones. This makes it into the outstanding category for me and I'll be looking to this company for more when the time comes. If you've ever had the good stuff, scent and taste are exactly what you expect it should be. If you've only had imitation extract, bad batches, or some kind of mixture of artificial and pure, I don't know how to describe what you're missing out on. Do yourself a favor and buy the real stuff. You can slip it into just about any dessert and improve it in some way. My favorite things to add it to: cherry pie, brownies, marshmallows (incredible difference - I use the Good Eats recipe but with this added in), just about every cookie.

Potent and perfect flavor. I have used a generous amount of almond oil over the years and this is right up at the top for flavor. I could not have hoped for more. It is Devine.

Aaaaaaaaaaaaaa hahahahhahahaahhahaaha. Good grief, I'm sooooo popular now; why didn't I find this extract before my daughters grew up? Dangit!

I have used this about 4 times and I did not find it quite as strong as McCormick's from the grocery store. I have to use 2.5 teaspoons of this for the same strength as 2 teaspoons of the McCormick's. Still - a good value and the bottle is filled up all the way to the cap - what a nice surprise!

I use almond extract quite often in my baking. I love the size you make available. The extract has a lasting flavor and is delicious when adding to your recipe!

Very good flavor. I used it in my favorite frosting recipe. Everyone loved the flavor!

Really nice tasting almond extract for a reasonable price. A little bit goes a long way in baked goods! I just wish it came in a brown glass bottle, as depicted.

Only thing negative is that it didn’t have a seal. But great value

Need this on my shelf since I still do my own baking.
