First of all there is no instructions included and you must try various combinations of adjustments. The screws are easy to figure out where they belong. The bolt is the only issue and that screws in before the flame knob. You must put this in fairly deep to limit the amount of oxygen or else the flame will not be sustained. Once you have this setup, it will be pretty stable. I bought it to cook outside to deep fry and to stir fry on a nice day. Unfortunately, the top brackets are not evenly cut and the wok will rock some. However, to buy a stove just for wok cooking is very expensive. This is a pretty good alternative. Not perfect buy good enough. Update: I added a wok ring by using inexpensive stainless steel tie downs to the sides of burner. This works very well and very stable. See attached picture.

Cheap Chinese junk. The burners do not half work. The regulator is cheap plastic. I is made of cheap cast metal. I would have returned it, had I not thrown the box away. The pipe developed a hole, and caught fire. The hose melted. The paint caught fire. These things are UNSAFE. Someone is going to get hurt or die using one of these.

Took this camping and it worked wonderful.

The tabletop is sturdy and works for our camping kitchen. We will be able to cook crab in a BIG pot of boils water. There is enough hose to safely stash the propane tank. By cautioned to not walk away on the first use as the paint is flammable and burns off. We will not return, but be cautious.

This has a 20# regulator and you cannot turn it down to a simmer, everything boils! If the regulator was a 0 to 10# the burner may work better. Also the craftsmanship leaves a little bit to be desired.
