Bought for waxing my snowboards
Great brush set for the money. The brushes are big enough to cover a good amount of surface on snowboards, making the job easier. I use the softest brush to get rid of loose dirt prior to adding new wax and smooth out the new wax at the very end. I use the brass brush to scrape up the old wax still on the board, and use the nylon brush to brush off the old wax before applying the new wax treatment. I also use the nylon brush after scraping the new wax off to get rid of the remaining loose wax flakes. The scraper I will say is a little small. You have to apply a lot of pressure to scrape off the new wax and have cut myself a couple times trying to keep a good grip. Recently I bought a different one, so hopefully I can get a good result with the new one. That is my only gripe about the kit, but not a reason to not buy it. The brushes themselves are worth it.

Awesome ski wax kit.
Great brushes and wax kit. You can’t beat the price either. Loved the scraper. Effortless. Most scrapers I’ve had were plexi. They work but they don’t work near as good as the metal one in this kit. Good file too. Great bargain.

Great set of brushes for snowboard waxing!
These work great for do it yourself snowboard waxers.Different brushes are great for wax removal and application, the metal edging tool can damage your board so please keep it angled correctly and don't use too much force.

First timer success
Bought this set last year to try doing my own snowboard waxing and was successful! I waxed my board twice and my brother’s skiis and they felt really good on the slopes. I had bought a waxing iron and wax to use with these brushes and that completed my tool requirements to do the work. The brushes work great but are a little on the small side. Wish they were bigger but they still do the job well.

Good quality brushes
I like that it comes with the three brushes where I use the Brass brush to clean the board beofre waxing and then I use Nylon brush followed by horsehair brush to finish it off after scraping off the wax. I have nothing to criticize against these brushes.

No stone or scraper
Brushes seem pretty good quality. Opening the box i noticed the clear bag it all comes in was open and the brushes were loose in the box. No stone or metal scraper. Now i gotta go spend extra.

Good quality, great price.
Used this set to wax and scrape 4 boards over the season multiple times and they worked great! Good price and good quality! Can’t wait to bust them out again next season
