Numbed my poor derriere very well. Was nice and soothing for maximum relief. My only complaint, which is my fault for not reading better, this specific product ONLY contains lidocaine for numbing relief, no phenylephrine for vasoconsriction, for theoretical faster reduction of hemorrhoid. Butlers does have a cream with both active ingredients, just not this tube. Let me get on with my life after application, though, so still grateful.

I spared you the pictures butt this stuff really works. Im sure youre suffering because youre reading this, butt here is my thought. You have one of those annoying little buddies that you think you can cure at home. Ignoring it doesnt work butt I tell you, a little swipe of this cream on the head of that little guy will make him less angry. Apply after a shower for a few days in a row and you'll be skipping around again. Give it a try, you've got nothing to lose. We'll I said that wrong, you will lose something, your painus. I meant to say, this is a no risk opportunity to feel better down there! wink wink

My doctor confirmed I had a small hemorrhoid. I have never had a hemorrhoid in my life and even the small one is extremely painful. I used this product for several days without any relief. I went to the store and bought Preparation H and it worked much better. Unfortunately, my hemorrhoids still has not gone away, so my doctor has prescribed me nitroglycerin. I cannot recommend this product at all for the fact that it did not work for me and the price is more expensive than just getting an over-the-counter topical ointment from your local pharmacy drugstore.

This has helped with the relief of burning and itching more than any other product I have tried and I have tried a lot. Highly recommend!
