Q: Can you mount this from the bottom?

It is designed for back mounting. I suppose you can place a hole in bottom to put a screw through and re-route the wires coming from back. Or make a bracket. I have a 3d printer and make custom brackets as I need them on my boat, they look good and fit perfect for my needs :)

Q: Question to pactrade- is light coast guard approved/certified? please non of u other goofballs answer.
