Q: Where do you get the filters and which filters is it?

Q: How often does the filter have to be replaced?

We will be happy to answer your question. The HEPA filter has a rated life of 12 months of use, and the pre-filter has a rated life of up to 3 months of use. However, if their are a lot of contaminants being added to your air, this can reduce the life of your filters.
