added this to my supplement shelf after wanting iodine and tyrosine in one capsule rather than juggling seperate bottles. The ingredient list is refreshingly minimal, which I appreciate when trying to keep things tidy. Capsules are small and easy to swallow, with no odd aftertaste. The bottle feels sturdy and clearly labelled, so dosage is straightforward. I take one with breakfast and it fits neatly into my daily setup without complication. It’s free from a long list of common additives, which gives some reassurance about build quality. The only minor thing is the bottle is quite plain, though that’s hardly a deal breaker. For 60 capsules, the pricing feels fair and practical for a two month supply. I’d definately share my recomendation with anyone looking for a clean, uncomplicated trace element and amino acid combination.

As I’ve said many times before in my supplement reviews; one supplement generally requires another relatable supplement with which to ‘work’ off of, in-order to actually ‘work’ within the body (i.e.; improved bioavailability) by aiding absorption rates whilst there. So, the active ingredient doesn’t just wastefully pass-through your system, and not helping you. Iodine is the clever ingredient within this complex, as the thyroid gland will use it like a glue to attract the other active ingredient within this complex (Tyrosine) to structurally build thyroid, which helps regulate mood, weight, energy levels, etc.; so that you don’t have a future issue that may require a thyroid injection from a medical professional. It’s a really useful and simple complex that could save you a lot of time, money and inconvenience. I’m usually complaining that these Pure Encapsulations products are too expensive, but this is an important product; and if you’re prone-to thyroid issues, then this is “totally worth-it, man.” It’s a damn-sight easier than needing-to lose weight because your thyroid hormone levels aren’t right, feeling down because your weight isn’t right, but unable-to get the levels of exercise because things aren’t right, and not being able-to concentrate just because one hormone isn’t being produced right. Check with a medical professional first, and then try ‘this’ particular product first to see whether this complex will work for you. It’s all worked-out perfectly for you, the Tyrosine is in the ‘free-form’ state, which is important, as it’s better absorbed; (and most cheaper brands won’t use ‘free-form’ Tyrosine) and then all you need-to then do is to consume-it. Done. What could be simpler? A good and important product from a highly trusted brand. At-least try-it once, continuously and for long-enough to reap the benefits.

I like that Pure is a good brand that prioritises clean formulas in their supplements. So I have confidence that these are good quality. I found the bottle was easy to open and close and the opening was foil sealed. The capsules aren't too big, I found it easy enough to swallow and there were no issues with any aftertaste. I have only taken one capsule so far. However I decided to hold off taking anymore as after some research online, it does advise to only take if instructed by a doctor, so I am currently waiting to confirm if I should continue taking these or not. There are 60 capsules in a pack. So if you were to take one daily, this should last 2 months. Though they are quite expensive, I do believe you are paying for the brand.
