Is the product septic tank safe?

I cannot be 100% sure, but we've used this soap for almost 3 years and have had no problems as far as our septic system goes. We love this soap as both my husband and myself have sensitive skin. Cleans without irritating

The item form says lotion, the photos, title and description say body wash, which is it?

It is not a lotion. Don't know why description says that. We've used this for about 2 years now as a refill for my hand soap dispenser. Both my husband and I have allergies to some scented soaps, so we use this and have had no breakouts on our hands since. Best answer I have is we use it as a hand soap!
