Q: Is this bag padded inside?

heeey ya!!! no it’s not, it has loads of zipped pockets which is good. it’s a decent bag though. i don’t know if it’s waterproof as i never wore it in bad weather.

Q: Which shoulder is it for? Or can you use both right and left shoulders?

The strap has some padding and this padding means it is used for the right side of the body. If you choose a patterned design then the pattern is on the padded part of the strap. However it can be used on the left side of the body but the padding won't be on the shoulder.

Not clear what you mean by"ive" in your message?? I am left handed and have no difficulty accessing bag via its main zip.

Hi Christina, the strap is 3.5cm wide. I bought this bag as I use 2 crutches and it sits nicely across my body and does not interfere with the crutches. Doesn't hold a lot but for me ideal for purse, phone and a large container of cream (medical) with pump action so it is adequate for my needs!
