Never looking back!
Wow this pasta is incredible! We are trying to eat more nutrient dense and focus on upping our vegetable intake. This pasta has better protein and fiber than traditional pasta and I was prepared for a compromise in taste and texture, but boy was I surprised! It has an excellent Al dente texture and great taste! I would not have known that is was alternative pasta if I hadn’t cooked it myself. Whole family loved it and I felt guilt free eating a big bowl of it! Buying more right now..

Nice taste but breaks/mushes easily
I usually use Tinkayada pasta when I have to do a gluten free pasta dish (due to g.f. guests or family members visiting). Recently, a friend gave me some yellow lentil pasta (ProFusion was the brand?) from Britain and it was amazing. I was trying to find that brand on Amazon and Zenb was the closest I could find.I made a pumpkin mac and ‘cheez’, a simple rotini and jar of marinara, and penne alfredo over the last few weeks. They all tasted okay. This pasta is very close to normal pasta in texture except that it gets mushy fast. A couple things that help are to cook it less than the time on the box, and give it a quick cold rinse after cooking, then add the sauce to it.I will stick with the Tinkayada for now though.

Good Pasta Give It A Try.
This pasta tastes, cooks and looks like normal pasta but has fewer ingredients and a ton more fiber.

Most the best flavor/value
It's okay. Way too expensive for the quality.

Outstanding
Solid flavor with no weird aftertaste, great texture, not gritty whatsoever. Plus it doesn't get that nasty frothy foam you expect from most vegetable based pastas. Highly recommend, never switching to anything else. Added fiber and protien are a great selling point as well. Well worth the price.

Disappointing
After seeing this product on social media & seeing rave reviews there, as well as on Amazon & hearing from friends that they loved the pasta I decided to order the variety 3 pack.I went all in & made the entire box of penne. I boiled salted water, added the penne & set a timer for 9 min, since experience has taught me to babysit gluten free pastas. The instructions say to cook for 10-13 min. After only 9 min I spooned out a couple pieces to test. They were already breaking down & falling apart. It tasted like bland, what I imagine wallpaper paste would taste like.I topped it with some Rao's sauce which made it somewhat edible. Between the taste & texture it was a huge disappointment. I'm going to go there....it was gross! On the plus side, against my better judgement in that moment, I decided to not toss the leftovers in the trash. The penne did absorb the flavors of the sauce & that did help improve the taste a little but the texture continued to decline as is typical with gluten free pasta. It was less gross, but still gross!Another plus it is that it's nutritionally superior to traditional pasta with higher protein & fiber & less carbs, & I was able to eat it without the adverse reactions wheat pasta gives me.In summary, I would not buy it again. I have been spoiled by the taste & texture of Tinkyada Pasta Joy even if it has less fiber & protein, when I have the occasional pasta craving Tinkyada Pasta Joy pastas hit the mark.

Easy to prep healthy alternative to prepackaged meals
As a gluten sensitive vegan. Discovering this pasta was GOD sent. Now I have an easy meal to fix, high in protein and fiber, tastes good. Well never been a pasta eater before. Was trying to eliminate prepackaged microwave dinners from my diet. This is not as fast as microwaving a prepackaged meal, still as easy to prep. Yup the less work, the better for some of us. Most importantly, it gives me nutrients, as opposed to exposing me to the dangers of prepackaged meals: preservatives, excessive fat, sugar, salt, un identifiable chemicals..
