Great product
If you know what puro Caff is then you do not need to read the reviews to know what you are getting. This stuff just works. I work at a coffee shop. We use this for back flushing our machine, cleaning our airpots that we store coffee in, soaking the porta filters and baskets, the coffee basket, everything that coffee goes through basically.Rinses out easily and never left a weird taste in anything.Only downfall is I feel on the porta filters and baskets that it leaves some of the oils behind, do not know why. But we wash them with soap anyway after that so it is no big deal, just an observation:)

Best on the Market!
My mother doesn't understand good coffee. She never cleans her drip maker, and she makes the worst coffee you can imagine because of it. I decided that I'd do her a favor and clean it for her. This turned out to be impossible, no matter how many cycles of vinegar, soap, cleaners, and good old fashioned elbow grease I used on it. The urn remained stubbornly brown with a black cake on the bottom. I thought ages of coffee sludge was going to be stuck on there forever and it was ruined. I'd figure I'd have to buy my mom a new maker for Christmas and try to get her to practice some better coffee hygiene habits (fat chance).I told a friend of mine about my failed efforts, and she directed me to pick up this stuff instead. I was skeptical, given how bad off the maker was. She was just so enthusiastic about it that I finally gave in and ordered some. Low and behold --Two cycles and my mom's drip maker literally looked like it just came out of the box! Not a single speck of cooked on oil caked on anywhere! No scrubbing! I thought I heard the Hallelujah Chorus start up when I rinsed it out the second time. My mother and I were both pleased and I was finally able to enjoy a cup of coffee at her house for the first time in years. When I went home and ran some through my own maker that I've been using the vinegar method on for years. I even tasted a difference in my own coffee, and I've been religious about keeping my drip maker clean! Or so I thought.Color me impressed, and that's why I'm writing this review. You can't go wrong with this stuff, even on seriously tough cleaning jobs.

JUST WOW!!
I can’t believe what this thing have done with my coffee maker . I simply can’t believe that!!!!!this is incredible tool for a heavy buildup. Please note it’s super strong and you need to follow the instructions properly. This thing does its magic for 30 mins and it’s simply unbelievable. You just need a half of tea spoon for a super bad situation. The size is big and it will Last you forever. Must have for cleaning now!

Best Cleaner for Stainless Steel Vessels
I learned about this product when I was working as a barista as we used it daily to clean the coffee staining and oils from the espresso machine and pump pots. I now use Puro to clean out my thermal carafe and stainless steel cups. For cups I use about half a teaspoon and for my carafe I use about two teaspoons. Just add boiling water and let it sit for 15 minutes then rinse thoroughly with hot water. The cups pictured were used for wine and tea and I had scrubbed them with dish soap and a bottle brush. You can see there's still staining until I used Puro. Good stuff and a tube of it lasts a long time.

Cleans coffee gunk and stains!
This worked SO well to clean our stainless steel coffee to go cups. I added a teaspoon in the cup and filled about 3/4 with boiling water and I didn't even really need to scrub it. I cleaned 3 cups and they all look brand new! Haven't used it for backflushing my espresso machine yet, but have no doubts. I used to be a barista and we used Cafiza by Urnex. I saw this was significantly cheaper and decided to try it out. Exactly what I was hoping for.

Bit pricey
Cleans mug stains well after a soak. Espresso machine runs well and removes any rancid oils from it.
