You have to get used to it when moving the probe around inside the ear. You can see the wax but sometimes its hard to grab it with the probe. Once you get there...it works great.

It works but it’s not easy to use on yourself. You will eventually get the hang of it after practice. I did remove pieces of earwax. Image is good but it’s hard to see with little hairs in your ear.

Works great, kind of a pain to connect to phone, it's not Bluetooth so have to connect via WiFi and click accept terms and conditions when connecting, but after that works perfectly. It takes some getting used to manuvering inside ear, but once get it it is amazing. Battery life is very short but the camera is so high powered and good quality it's not a big deal. Works great to soften war wax with debrox or something like it, then go in and dig as much wax as can before battery dies, then charge and repeat as needed. Also, if remove the tip, can use the camera to look inside mouth, nose, or anywhere else desired. Great value for the price, super impressed!!

I kept getting ads for an expensive name-brand version of this so I figured I'd take a chance on this since it was much less expensive, and I'm glad I did! Works phenomenally well to clean out my ears, the app works great you just need to make sure to tap the "reverse view" button when you connect to make it easier to understand which way it's facing and what you're doing, but other than that it works great. Haven't ever used more than like 25% of the battery in a single cleaning session.

The quality of this ear wax removal tool is great. The picture quality is clearer than I expected. It is easy to use and our whole family feels that it gives us better experience than traditional ear wax removal tool. I will recommend it to my friends.

It might take sometime to get used to it.But once you get used to know how to used at the opposed way.you will enjoy to find out what is inside your ear and know how well you clean it .

I was surprised by the how clear it is. The camera gives a very clear image and have no delay. Also very easy to use, the app is straight forward.There also a normal ear cleaning pack. I would say it worth it!
