There are two versions, one all metal and one plastic, I unfortunately purchased the plastic ones and just a couple of weeks later of the three sets, I have two working two ways, and one working one way. the others came apart. I doubt the remaining will last the summer.

Rust around all screws after a month, don't waste your money on this junk!

They both work well. Packaged together, they were a good deal. They came with a few extra washers. Worth it.
