Exactly what you think it is. Generic Hibiclens without the dye. Pharmacy brand reassured me as to quality. Worked great. Good to have around for wound care especially when you are camping and nasty old things in old campgrounds cut you. Helped keep the infection away until we could get to an urgent care.Very nice for pre surgical wash and the absence of dye kept skin irritation to a minimum. Hospitals should really start using dye free wash!

Getting old sucks. I had to have a minor surgery and was told to get this type of cleanser and use it the morning of surgery while showering.They warned that it would be drying, but it had to be done. Ugh.So I went to Amazon and picked the Rite Aid brand out of all of the options. No particular reason. The price was good and the name was familiar.Well, I was pleasantly surprised. It wasn't as drying as some body washes I've used in the past, it lathered great, rinsed easily, and I didn't mind it at all. The fragrance was light and not horrible. It did not completely strip all moisture from my skin, which I thought it would do.I still have it in the shower and use it for washing cuts and scrapes. If you use it to wash your armpits, it seems to extend the life of your deodorant. I don't hate it at all. Good job, Rite Aid!

This works WONDERFULLY WELL. Great value for the size of the bottle, and it’s effective. Works to prevent razor bumps and irritation which is why I purchased it.

Personally I love the smell, smells like a doctors office in a clean way. Kept me feeling safe and good after surgery, healed up great! Doctor was so happy to hear I had it before my surgery

This soap worked perfectly when I had a surgery coming up they wanted me to buy a soap to wash myself with this one works perfectly keeps you clean. A little goes a long wayyy! Still have some I like to use on certain things or areas it smells like alcohol so you know it’s getting things clean. Smell not crazy strong it’s just enough. (: !
