I needed to replace a wine bottle opener that disappeared after a party one night. I was about to spent a 10 spot on that when I finally came across the VinOrama Waiters Corkscrew for $5.99. After reading many positive reviews, I decided to go with it. I figured that if it was terrible, for the price I paid, that I would simply just throw it away. I must say that I am pleased. My first impressions were that of a quality tool. It is sleek and slender, yet it does have some weight to it. It feels good in your hand. It’s a lever and fulcrum designed ( think Archimedes ) 3 in 1 gadget that will cut the foil off your wine bottle, remove the cork and will even open a bottle of beer, all in a compact pocket knife design that won’t get tangled in your drawer. Don’t know how to use a Waiters Corkscrew? YouTube has many videos to show you just that. After you learn how to properly use it, ( open a few bottles of wine and you will become a pro ) I am sure you will like it as much as I do. I plan to purchase a number of these to give out to family and friends this upcoming Holiday Season. For the price, it will make a wonderful gift. Enjoy!

For a standard waiters corkscrew wine opener, this has been awesome! Love the price and how nice it looks as well how sturdy this opener is and the ease of use with the pushing/spring component of the double-hinge.
