Feels good in my hand , I took lug nuts on and off at least 30 times and the battery was just as strong every time . I'm impressed 👏 . Well , after having this impact tool for several months now , I still believe it's a good tool , and I've used it plenty . It is well build and has the power to do any job I've done with it . The only issue I now have is getting a new 4.0ah battery . The battery that came with the impact is getting weak and won't hold a charge very long , so I tried to order another one and it's no longer available . They have the 2.0ah battery available , but it doesn't give the tool the power to get a lug nut off . I can't seem to find a compatible battery pack so I guess I'll just bite the bullet and buy a name brand driver , since it's a tool I frequently use .

Great starter electric ratchet, wouldn't recommend it for anything more than small machinery. I bought this a while back and upgraded to a dewalt because my needs changed but it served it's purpose when I used it. I often like to work on go karts, minibikes, mowers, etc... This tool is great for that, it will bust loose low torqued nuts and bolts but it has serious limitations. That being said you can only expect so much from such a cheap tool. On bigger nuts or bolts you can often break them loose by hand and then use this ratchet to run the nut loose to save some time. If your threads are really dirty, rusty or damaged this tool may struggle. This ratchet is really lacking in torque so keep your expectations low but if you aren't dealing with any large nuts or bolts it is handy to have. You get the ratchet, 2 batteries, a charger, an assortment of sockets and the case. The sockets are very cheap and I think only metric but they do the job. Overall this is a great starter ratchet but not ideal for the bigger jobs.Torque: 4/10Speed: 7/10Price: 9/10quality: 8/10battery: 8/10

Impressive. Tools hardly impress me, but this one is Impressive. Love the ease of use.

I got this for my husband he works on appliances and on cars he's my handy man LOL this has come very handy he has some arthritis in his hands and this helps tremendously for his jobs, he luvs it it works great

I hesitated for a long time in buying a tool like this but I got to tell you it was a great investment. It saves so much time and muscle power it is well worth the cost no matter how much you pay for one. The price range is broad and this one is relatively cheap compared to some but it works great.

I bought this about a year and half ago, I used once when I first got it to make sure it would take off a lug nut. It did, I used once more while working on my lawn tractor. While I was using it, it stopped working for a few min. I just sluffed it off as one of them things that happen. It did start working again. Today I got it out started using it again, it took off one lug nut then stopped working. I thought it might need to be charged up so I put the battery on the charger for about 2 hours. Then put the battery back in and nothing. I would NOT recommend this tool.

This works great, the batteries last a long time I don't use it a whole lot but I haven't had to charge them yet. This brand makes excellent batteries and tools ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
