No complaints
Have been dealing with massive dysbiosis for over a year and a half, and I had to start using alternative methods since western couldn't help me and I didn't even know what to do. It wasn't until I started removing sugar from my diet and using large amounts of probiotics until I started to get better. And I realize not all probiotics are the same, so you need to make sure you are buying from a reputable company and a capsule that will actually be able to get to the systems you need. If you are dealing with dysbiosis and the reproductive or vaginal area, you need to get the right kind that can make it past the digestive system or use suppositories that have probiotics in it. But diet is very important so if you are pumping yourself full of carbohydrates, sugar, processed foods and other garbage you probably won't make much progress. I found a 30-day carb and sugar-free diet reset really helped get me better. Anyway, I'm still recovering but these are helping and I haven't noticed any negative side effects. In fact, I've only had improvement. I do take these with other types, though, so I guess I can't confirm if these are the reason I'm improving so much but I'm not having negative side effects where I need to throw them away.

Probiotics
I'm am an avid believer and user of supplements, but reviewing them is problematic, and my results may not be your results for these reasons:1) I am not a laboratory scientist, I do not play one on tv, nor do I know one, so who knows what’s exactly contained in them.2) It is difficult for consumers to see any actual difference in how you feel within a few days to a couple of weeks. Some supplements take as much as ninety days to see results.3) Even if we do notice a difference, we all take other meds or supplements that may affect our results one way or the other.4) We all have different physiologies, and are just different in so many ways (lifestyles etc). But we can hope for the best when we see others having positive actions going on, that are attributed to said supplements. So my personal non doctor opinion of my own results:Easy to follow instructionsI can only take probiotics for a short time. These worked for my issue

Impressive Probiotic but Expensive
I wanted to try this because I have IBS-C, a weakened immune system, am trying to lose weight with a good exercise program, and I need all the help I can get. I've been on 2 runs of antibiotics in the last month, and someone tried to sell me a probiotic that was twice this cost which appeared to be an outstanding product as well that I did not try because it was just too expensive. I bought another probiotic before trying this one that was also costly, but that one caused a lot of stomach upset for me, as have others that I tried in the past. I've used probiotics for years, and had been using a popular probiotic gummy product, but that has 3 grams of sugar in 2 gummies, and I can't say that it is really helping me, plus I want to cut down on my sugar intake.I have noticed an improvement in my chronic constipation, which for me is huge, but I can't say that my digestion has improved, or that I feel more satiated throughout the day, which are a couple claims made by this company. It is recommended that for best results it should be used consistently for 60 days, and that's what I'll do. At this time, the cost for this product is $39.95 for 30 capsules, a one month supply. That's a lot, however, personally for me it's worth it to have some relief from my IBS-C, and hopefully over time, I'll experience some of the other benefits of this product.

Outrageously EXPENSIVE!!!
I've used a ton of different probiotics over the last 20+ years, so I'm pretty good at sorting out the good from the just ok to the bad. According to my husband I've become a probiotic snob. 🤣🤣 This is a just ok probiotic with nothing special about it. I had my son try it out and he said that he didn't feel any differences in the way he felt. If this was a high grade probiotic, he should've noticed something in the first week of using it. When he said it didn't work I went back to the listing to clarify some details and realized that the listing was missing all kinds of important information. I had more questions than answers. The listing says that it contains 50 billion CFU and 30 billion CFU at expiration, but the bottle says it has 30 billion CFU. Which one is it? Does that mean by the time it gets to me it's already in the almost expired range? Not quite sure what to think about that. I can't find anywhere in the listing where it states the amount of strains in the probiotic. Looking at the label it looks like there are 17 strains, but that's something important that all of the high grade probiotics would list in their advertising. It also says that it's delayed-release, but what technology do they use to make it acid resistant, so it's protected from your stomach acid? Maktrek Bi-Pass Technology, an acid resistant capsule or another technology? If it can't make it through your stomach acid and into your digestive system it won't be effective and you won't get the desired effects from it. I also didn't realize that this is only a probiotic with absolutely no prebiotics. It should include both to support a healthy digestive system. This isn't a probiotic that I'd recommend. Not only are there too many questions about it, but it's outrageously expensive at $40 for a 30 day supply. My normal probiotic has 90 Billion CFU with MAKTREK Bi-Pass Technology, 15 strains and 5 prebiotics in it and is only $20 for a 30 day supply. That's a HUGE difference in both price and quality.
