This product is very innovative, if you want to bet for modernity this should be your choice. It helps you with more power outlets than traditional plugs and it has USB ports. You just have to press so it comes out and press it again to so it goes down. Also, easy to install.

Tal y como lo esperaba

My first impression is the plastic is on the rougher side and doesn’t look all that great when the strip is up. The spring on the cover is rather weak for better or worse. On one hand its so easy to push down an infant could do it. Conversely the cover occasionally becomes stuck and needs a little help popping back up. But this power strip is one of the cheaper options so I wasn’t expecting the highest quality. Fortunately there is an improved finish on the cover and trim for the grommet so at least it doesn’t look bad when the unit is in the retracted position.There is also a bonus I discovered. The USB-C port supports PD. I merely assumed this cheap power strip would have all its USB ports wired together; but that’s not the case. There is a legitimate USB charge controller inside. It will deliver 12V/1.65A (20W) to devices that request it like an iPad but only if its the only device connected. If another device is connected to the USB-A ports all ports drop back to 5V. Although the manufacturer lists each port at 5V/2.4A it did not prevent an iPad from pulling 5V/3A when it was the only device drawing power. Note: I used a self powered USB meter to trigger an additional port.
