Usable item. no waste of money
It works well and really a quality product to buy for.

Adds a slight delay - then 24 hours later it stopped working
It works, but if you want to use your TV speaker AND a home theatre system, it sounds echo-y.EDIT: The very next day after being plugged in for 24 hours it stopped working, the power light would not come on. I could not get it to work.

I tried it on for a couple of weeks and It's working well so far.

Don’t waste your time buying it.
Product cover was already teared and beaten up. Seems like it was retuned 3 or 4 times. That would have been still fine if it works. No sound out from the device. Wasted my time n money.
