These locks are reasonably easy to install. They can be a little fidgety to get lined up. The SmartKey system is easy and work quickly to rekey the lock.

I ordered a Quickset door knob because it is easy to re-key and work with your existing house key. ONE problem with set I received; a required installation part called a "Smart Key" (a small piece of metal<1 ounce) was missing. Over the last three weeks I have made multiple requests to have a Smart Key mailed to me. At one point, I was told the part would be mailed the next day. Three weeks later still no key and I am getting ready to box everything up and send it back for a refund. Don't look to this supplier to provide basic product support or customer service.
