Super easy for me to do myself.
I bought this as a replacement and when doing so I had no idea what I was actually doing. When it arrived, it came with a tool to pop the old one out and unplug it. It was so easy and it even lights up like the original!

Easy fix!
All is correct with the electrical connection. My only complaint is it does not fit snugly. When you attempt toroll up the window, the whole control lifts up in the armrest. I bent the metal clips on the sides outward to fix this problem.

Easy to change, would buy again
Very easy to change. I knocked a star off because the left side is white lit & the right side is now green. Also it doesn't fit snugly. When you attempt to roll up the window, the whole control lifts out of the armrest. I bent the metal clips on the sides outward to fix it. All is correct with the electrical connection and works well for my 2015 chrysler 200 & I would still buy it again if needed.
