I Am More Than My Physical Body: 100 ROTEs from Robert A. Monroe

I am a fan of Monroe's books having read all of them. I was hoping this book would extract some of the best classic quotes /rotes. However, I found it quite disappointing really - many of the quotes they chose were nothing special. Also the book is A5 sized, but when you look at the text that was quoted, I thought it was a waste of paper to have it in A5 - most pages quoted things that were barely a line or 2 in the middle of page and didn't warrant an A5 size. It should have been just a little book A6 and at half the price.So overall I didn't find this book useful for accessing succinct messages from Monroe's books and didn't find it value for money sadly.
