Died after a few months use....
Stopped working - we've cleaned it and tried everything to get it going, but we've actually been having problems with it for several months. It finally died and when I wrote to the company to find out about a replacement or refund based upon their stated 24 month warranty I heard nothing. The customer service number is in China. Who is going to call China long distance to get support? Not me. So I have a non-working dehumidifier and no way to get any kind of support or refund or replacement. I'd give it no stars if I could.

Amazing
We live in Northern California and have had fairly constant rain the past few months. Plus our house is surrounded by trees. Within a couple of hours of plugging it in, there was a noticeable amount of water in the container. Will definitely buy again for our little cabin.
