Zinus 3 Inch Green Tea Cooling Gel Memory Foam Zoned Support Mattress Topper, Full

We have a stiff mattress in our guest room and a few people that have commented on it. We purchased this 1" memory foam to help with this issue. People who have stayed again have said it was better. We even slept on it one night and it was very comfortable. This was a low cost way to improve out guests comfort!

After stupidly suffering through back pain with a 2.5 inch memory foam mattress pad, I decided to give my back a break. Sure, the thick, squishy one felt great until morning, when the lack of support really messed up my orthopedic system. I took a shot on this one and it is ideal. Just firm enough with yet sufficient softness to offset the rather firm hybrid mattress I have. The quality is very good and I would recommend this to anyone looking for a semi-thin yet soft memory foam mattress pad.

For the price point, I wasn't expecting much, maybe a small layer of cushion between my sheets and the stabbing springs of my mattress. I was further diminished by the small packaging it came in, thinking it would be a glorified blanket. When I unwrapped it, I saw how it looked barely 1cm in thickness, and shook my head when I realized it was folded in half, so it would be even smaller.And then I unraveled it. It rose gloriously like a poofed dough. The hills and valleys of the patterns came to life right in front of my eyes, kind of like the bounce castle getting inflated. I was impressed, though in the back of my head I was expecting it to be deflated and uncomfortable under my weight once I laid down, but I am writing about a month after using it very satisfied with it.I still do feel my springs but its not the sharp jab it used to be. It might shift since there is nothing tying it down, but for the average adult it should be fine. My boyfriend did cause it to ride up but just because he likes to roll around in bed and jump in and out of it, but it's an easy fix as just one part of it will come out of place and u can just lift a corner of the sheet to nudge it back. No need to completely redo the bed.All in all great purchase and definitely glad I didn't waste money on more expensive alternatives.

wrote up review after first use, but review vanisheditem tore open on first use. Since then more snags have appeared. Item would benefit from a cover or permeated membrane to keep material together.have purchased fabric tape to patch spots in back of mat - do not expect to hold up. Perhaps will make a cover when I purchase next (another brand)

Mine showed discolored. white, blue and yellow, which looked weird. I ignored it, thinking that it was probably in its box for a while. After a couple of weeks, it started to tear apart. Which made it really uncomfortable to sleep on.

I sleep hot. I have sciatica and RLS. I tend to wake up exhausted, and in pain. So I bought the 1" mattress pad, just to test it out.I had my first night's sleep which was more than three hours for the first time in over a year after putting this on my bed. I didn't think the 1" would do much, but I wasn't willing to commit to a thicker one without testing first. This mattress pad is really comfortable.In spite of only being 1" thick, it was firm enough that I wasn't sinking to my overly hard mattress, (which seems to get harder all the time,) yet it was soft enough to be comfortable. I didn't wake up sweating in the desert heat either. It stayed cool all night, and it was during the worst part of July that I received this. And it doesn't have that annoying egg crate bumpiness.I would recommend this to anyone who sleeps hot.

I bought this for my sleeper sofa and it will work as intended there (taming a stiff mattress). I decided to give it a try it on my bed; but, that experiment only lasted 30 minutes. I was "burning up" with that on the bed and there was no way that I'd get any sleep. So, as long as you're not buying this for the supposed cooling effect, you'll be fine.

Was looking for added comfort while napping at office. I did my research listened to reviews othrs said 1' was perfect glad they didnt spend extra money bla bla Im sure your reading the same reviews as I did... I should have purchased the thickest available because once you sit on the foam it flattens to nothing ie no comfort - 200 lb man & 160lb woman same... and it rips VERY EASY - doesnt seem to increase heat however there is 3 folded comforters ontop to increase softness... Go with your gut order thickest now ours has 4 rips unable to return so lesson learned I KNEW BETTER!!! I guess others were pushing on the foam with their hands feeling softness IDK wish people would actually try this stuff out not open package and do the review sleep on it for a month... Hope this helps someone - doesnt help with back, shoulder, hip pain or arthritis BTW - and we were not looking for a Miricale either lol just a little extra softness while napping in office at auto repair shop (old man naps)
