This coloring book is awesome. I love that it has a spiral on top like a notebook. That makes it was easier to color in. The quotes are positive and wholesome and super pretty.

I've been looking for something that has sturdy paper. This is for sure it. It can tear off at the top so I can color one page at a time. Some are more detailed than others which I really like. Sometimes I want to color a quick picture, others I want to take my time. This book gives options for both. Great but!! Well worth the money!!! Edit: This review is for colors of inspiration 2. I have a few color it books and love them all. Except the colors vol. 3. Not a fan, all the pics are pretty much the same. Mostly people in the book. In vol. 2 it was a good variety of flowers, animals and people.

I have several adult color books, but I am always drawn to this book, and rarely pick up the others. The pictures are encouraging. Also, as much as I love mandellas, they leave me frustrated because all of the tiny details leave me frustrated. This particular book has just the right amount. I haven't felt overwhelmed by it. Just the opposite, I feel calm and peaceful. So much less stressed when I am coloring. I have an anxiety disorder and this helps me to stay calmer and my mind doesn't seem to race. I think my husband is getting fed up with my new interest. Despite having a house full of gel pens, colored pencils, crayons, and markers, I purchased brand-new ones specially for this. It wasn't necessary. I was splurging. The paper is just the right thickness. Only if I use markers, does it bleed through a little bit. But the gel pens do not bleed through. I will buy more of these color books as finances allow. I think everyone who enjoys the peaceful fullness they find in coloring, or even just wants to bring out the inner artist in themselves should have one!

Great pictures. Excellent for pencils or gel pens. Best coloring book I have ever seen. I love quotes so I got it for my kiddo. She is 15 and not necessarily into quotes. Yet she loves THIS book and the feel good quotes in it. She has spent a hundred hours coloring beautiful pictures in this book. She has never done that with any other coloring book.
