Kapil wheat is an ancient wheat and its best. The packaging and product quality is exceptional.

Healthily and convenient
Hopefully it truly has less gluten than regular. I have no way to measure. Phulkas are slightly redder than regular. But quite soft and can be eaten easily without too much difference in taste.
