Excellent Multi-vitamin
Love that they are made in USA, simple formula, but complete. Wish they came in larger quantity.

Energized
I’ve been taking these for a few days now and I’ve noticed a very natural, subtle energy boost. I’m really happy with these. I’ve tried a few others more expensive and have not felt anything. I like that these are just a one a day and that they are capsules. They have no taste and have not caused any digestion issues. I take them with food. I think I found my holy grail for multivitamins for now.

Staple
I'm on my third bottle and plan to continue purchasing as long as this brand is available. I'm 41 with a questionable diet, so I take these after my first meal. They don't smell or hurt my stomach, but they are big. If you have trouble with large pills, you may want to reconsider! However, I have no issues ingesting them, and I can attest to a slight energy increase and a decrease in snack attacks.

Probably a great option for some people, but not me
I took these vitamins for about 6 months and didn't realize how high the vitamin D content was (2000 IU). For a woman in her 40s, that's well above the recommended dosage (600 IU). A couple months ago, I started having some weird issues that I won't get into. I was taking these, a calcium supplement that contained vitamin D3 AND vitamin D3 drops at 1000 IU per drop... totaling up at 3500 IU per day. Needless to say, I stopped taking everything and now I have to chill out with the calcium and D for who knows how long. I'm fine, but lesson learned! Thought it would be a good idea to spread awareness about it. For some, this dosage may not cause problems, but it's always a good idea to take only as much as is recommended with anything unless your doctor says to increase because you're low.Besides all that, I think it's a pretty good quality vitamin, especially for being a once-daily thing. Just make sure everything that's in it is going to be good for you.
