Loved them for home, ordering them for the office
What i love most about these is that they are universal and keep all of the USB type of cords nice and tidy. I do wish they had a variety of sizes for some of my longer USB cords.

Good for thin cords, not "normal" or thick ones.
They work for what they are, but their uses are limited.Most USB cables will experience strain and/or get damaged by winding these reels (as most USB cables aren't made to be super flexible). You can feel the resistance of the cables to bending when you try to wind them. I'm only comfortable storing thin wires like headphones or maybe the flat noodle USB cables.

Don’t Bother!
Garbage. Difficult to wind, doesn’t stay wound until more than half the cord is twisted in, spots where the cords feed in don’t stay snugged down, so the cord gets caught and it won’t wind, or it pops open. Don’t get enticed by the price—not worth a penny.

does what it is supposed to
So it does what it's supposed to do. It's not automatic winding or anything, nor did it claim to be. I did remove one star because quite frankly, the quality on this is low. However, for just regular home use, the quality is fine. It will not fit long or thick cords. I use braided cords, but my cords are small. I am able to fit 6 foot cord in it, but it does have some hang out on either end, which is fine for my purpose. All in all, it's a good product, and a great one for the price.

Smaller than expected
I tried using this on a 6ft USB braided cable. It does not retract in any way. I could only get about a foot of cable in the reel before I could no longer turn the reel.

Works quite well
The Mrs likes these for cords that are longer than they need to be. Easy to wind the extra cord in, and easy to pull more out if needed.

These are ok but not great
I like the idea and they worked ok. Did not work well if the cable was braided or too long. Seemed kind of cheaply made but they were inexpensive.

not effective
This is very cheaply made and I spent an inordinate amount of time putting the cords on this as very, very hard to turn. When I se it and unwind a bit, I can't et it to wind up again. Can't turn the inside. Should have bought something more expensive.

Worthless product that does not work.
The plastic is so cheap, you can't even unwind the cord, with out the whole thing popping apart. It won't hold cords that are large enough to need cable storage, and you have to hold the entire thing closed tightly while you wind cords, or they will pop out.Do not buy.

They don't remain closed.
Made of ultra-cheap soft and malleable plastic, these don't hold together and pop open at the slightest handling when in use.
