Firstly a great delivery by Amazon, got it within one day of the release.The book brings up the questionnaire of the youth across India, and although I’ve read only a few of the first pages till now, I think its something each young individual should give a read.Will update as I read!UPDATE: Went through half of the book. Being a young person, I think this book gives a lot of clarity on various topics on which the youth struggles and thinks about. Sadhguru’s perspective on all of these situations is really an out of the box way! Never thought some of the things can be seen in a way you’ve never evn thought of! I will recommend this book to every person in his youth. Will definitely change the way you think!Sadhguru absolutely nailed this!

Super book for students, youth, their teachers and parents. one of the best book which gives knowledge without a second of boredom. you forget time while reading it.u can't stop urself from moving on one question to other.thankyou isha foundation.

Valuable Guidance From Sadhguru.
This book includes conversations with Sadhguru from YOUTH & TRUTH series. Sadhguru throws light on various issues related to Teenagers Personal, Professional lives, Relationships & Responsibility of Youth towards society & Vice Versa. Great words from Sadhguru.

The media could not be loaded. this is really helpful for the youth and teens, being a teenager i can totally relate to the questions that i ever wanted to ask it's an answer to all the question of teens like me! not read completely yet, just read few pages but it's very good💜✨ the quality of book is outstanding👏🏻👏🏻 better than the books i previously had🌸🤍 really looking forward to complete it!😚💫

A Book which has potential to answer every question to Gen Z and transform them for a better future.
This book is a collection of top 5 Youth and Truth held at top universities across the world.How is the book? Book Contain question answers, which are very interesting to read. This includes questions that you must have faced in your life but never found the right person you think can answer that.How is the Page quality? It's pretty decent..No difficulty while reading.I think that's all that's matters.Go for it, don't think twice.

The pathway for the youthful to the truth
You could be struggling with whatever it is in life, but with this book it can turn you in the right direction. Often we like to shape reality to our convenience, though if you read this without any of your own opinions and views, then there is a possibility to transform your life for the better. I personally watched the video version on YouTube first, and then got the book. And I can confirm it doesn't matter which medium you choose, what matters is a willingness to come in touch with reality of our existence. If you have that much, then there is something incredible waiting to come into your experience. I'm saying all of this with my own first hand experience of it :)

Good for young people
Just received it today, and read a few pages, the questions are on point, and sadhguru’s answers are soo beautiful. Today I’ll complete the book i’ll write a review after that.

Fantastic book
A must read book for every individual even though if the person is not young. This covers 5 universities Darshan and very profound yogic wisdom.
