Love this machine. Very low profile, solid, attractive, doesn't take up much space. Also bought the mat designed for it separately. Installation wasn't too bad. The BILT app makes it pretty easy to put together. One person could install it, but having two people helps. The only somewhat frustrating thing about this machine is the software. From a usability and look standpoint, the software is good. Also, the monitor is pretty bright and big. However, it doesn't look like they tested the software much. It will frequently run into Network Connection issues, etc What has worked for me is always shutting it down after I'm done using it. Works most of the time that way. Fully unplug it overnight and reset it if you still have issues. Overall, I'm happy with it. The workout is serious and again, unique and takes very little space.

The machine is solid. However the software is super buggy and difficult to navigate. I paid for the monthly. It shows that I’m active but cannot access any of the content. I’m glad I can use it without that bc this experience was terrible. Maybe it bc this is an older model that’s on sale. The CLMBR is great. The connected part really isn’t a thing or great. You spend more time playing with the screen than using the device.

My husband and I really enjoy this climber , It's sturdy ,well made and gives us a great workout. For visual and verbal step by step instructions down load BILT , I would highly recommend it.

How is that possible that a 3 thousand dollars machine doesn’t have any instruction or manual to use and especially to install? The app instruction with the label on nut and screw doesn’t match with the one in the box. Very confusing. They should make a video for it. Someone needs to give attention to this problem

Most of the advertising leaned to the "connected" part of this . From the beginning I was looking for a commercial quality machine minus the extra monthly price. This machine measures the distance climbed in feet. SO if you climb 500 feet /10 feet per floor its similar to climbing a 50 story building. Only had it a few days so am still learning about it. The CLMBR is like a Cadillac compared to my first climber .

I purchased the Clmbr less than a year ago. Assembling it was a nightmare. I used it a couple of months only to discover that the user interface (monitor) stopped working. So, no metrics. It's as useful as a 100 Max Climber without the metrics. Over the months, I've called for help many times but only receive advice about reconnecting to the Wifi. So, today, when I mentioned the new problem, which says "Wifi Connection Successful" for any random password, the "customer service" woman told me that she'd send me the instructions again and have someone call me. I told her that I'd waited for calls before and had received the Wifi instructions before. She told me, "You're just being argumentative" and hung up on me! I paid well over the current price for the product (early adopter) and think it's ridiculous that they behave this way. Rather than contact them again, I'm taking it down, and throwing each piece in the garbage. It's trash. Their behavior is also trash.

Good product. Great overall workout. Quality issue with the operating system with no resolution. Software team is aware and does not have answer. Product unfortunately is continuing to sell with no containment actions in place. No verification or validation of OS. CLMBR's Quality Assurance / ENG process is not effective.

Best home workout machine I’ve ever used. Perfect no impact workout for my body, no joint or muscle pain. Love the variety of workouts, they kick my butt whether it’s 10 minutes or 45. So many great instructors (especially Courtney) and great playlists. Thank God for CLMBR!
