Excellent Flavoring
I've used this in baked goods and fudge. Provides an excellent flavor that can be "dialed in" (some flavorings can't ever get a full flavor no matter how much you add...others are too strong). At stronger levels you can detect a faint acrid flavor... but this is if you use way too much. In the ranges I've experienced this has provided a nice warm, round, eggnog flavor.You should note that there are different "eggnog" flavors... the stuff you buy at the store during Thanksgiving/Christmas may be unique to your area of the country.. this is more like traditional home-made eggnog... and is therefore a little thin and not as robustly "sweet" as grocery store eggnog. I like this flavor... and I recommend it . Long shelf life ... keep in a cool, dry, and dark cabinet.
