Why did you pick this product vs others?: It's loud, but it works... What I don't understand is why they even use tools... They are useless.. You just tighten your back tire bolts into the cradle thing.. That weird do hickey thing isn't needed unless you get the bike exercises tire.. which I couldn't find on amazon anyway... Plus the skull is ugly.. I'm covering the skull up. :)

I was trying to spin the bearings, but the magnets was loose. So I had to take the cover off and put it in the right place. It was easy to put together.

Sooo LOUD! Description states quiet, which is false. When cycling on it, you cannot even hear someone talking directly next to you. Maybe it's bad bearings? Regardless, it's terrible. Also came with no directions.

The equipment is solid and easy to assemble even without a notice. But it so loud !!! Has anyone found a solution to reduce the noise ??

This doesn't come with instructions, but the Amazon site has them, so no worries. This stand actually works well for what I need. Recovering from a knee replacement and biking is good physical therapy. I am happy with it. It makes a humming noise, but for 10 minutes, it isn't a bother. I'd say it's a good value for the money.
