It works!
We needed this for our office since we upgraded our phones. We only have a few phones that need wall mounts due to their location and placement.Apparently one "upgrade" from the 6xxx series to an Avaya 9xxx series was that they removed the built-in wall mounts... got us!It's very easy to install on the phone and very easy to install on the wall. Build quality is good and sturdy. No issues.

Perfect fit!
Fit perfectly and was exactly what I needed. If I waited on putting in an order and then scheduling the phone guys it would be the year 2025!!! Did it myself in about 15 minutes.

Fits however
Using with a 9608 not having the box/jack behind the phone/mount - the cutout for power supply or phone cord isn't really big enough for a cat5 cable to allow it to still fit flush..

Easy to mount
Easy to mount, but would be better if there was a knockout or opening at the bottom to run phone cables for those mounting without a phone jack on the wall
