I needed a new phone for a senior family member with a phobia of anything with buttons! This phone has proven to be a very good buy. The family has taken to it really well and now uses it on a regular basis, she loves that she can just fold it up to close calls and prevent any risk of accidently making calls. Combined with a very cheap payg sim deal this phone has proven to be just what we needed and, as a result, we now have a slighly reduced phobia of the mobile phone world.

If you want a phone that covers just the basics without all the tec stuff that you would never use then this phone is ideal.Big buttons make it easy to make calls and the radio and camera are user friendly as well.The battery life is long lasting which is a bonus as well .Happy to recommend this phone .

I received the phone next day as promised. However, when I came to set it up, it does not appear to be charging. There is no light either plugged in to the side of the phone or in the cradle. Unable to turn it on so will have to return! So frustrating. I then ordered a replacement which is fine - Thank you!

Elderly Person who hasty trouble hearing was surprised he could hear calls better than his landline. Does feel cheap in the hand but he dropped it on ground first day he had it and no problems. Also he understood how to use within seconds (not a technical person).

Rubbish….purchased for senior a few weeks later the screen developed a large black blob in the middle.Company said to send back and it would take 10 to 14 days to look at. The phone is needed now not in a fortnight, will not buy again.

Purchased for my 90 year old mother. When my sister or myself ring her all she has to do is open the lid and talk. When she wants to call us our number is preset in an A or B option. The phone can be charged by connecting the lead directly to the phone or easier still pop the phone into the desktop charger which is provided.Its so easy to use.

This phone is just fantastic, I bought it for my mother and she absolutely loves it ! She loves the big numbers on the keypad, the sound is loud and clear very happy with this product I would definitely recommend it 💕
