Great quality and helpful manufacturer
When I ordered this urn it was supposed to be next day delivery. For some reason it took 4 days longer and got lost. I contacted Amazon and the manufacturer. They both worked hard and fast to get me a replacement urn. I got one the next days. The manufacturer did all he could to help me. When I got the package it was great quality and a great image. Thank you so much. I would recommend to anyone who needs an urn or something similar to order from these people.
