Impressively detailed and great final result!
This is fantastic model and the detailing is superb throughout. I love the look of the Flying Dutchman and the LEDs bring it to light. All the additional elements that build up as you go such as the ghost faces on the portholes, the extra panelling and so on, really add depth to the model and makes you think they could have just stopped there with some of the details, only to find they keep adding more. What's especially good is that no two components are exactly the same - different graphic detailing on everything means they didn't just copy/paste from one side to the other.Instructions are easy to follow and the build was a lot of fun - just being cardboard, take your time! Some parts were tricky to slot together because if you don't have something correctly lined up earlier, then later when you need to attach an adjoining piece you could find it won't reach. Some tips - pinch the ends of the tabs before insertion so they go in easierAt the end, many of the wasted punched out pieces I was able to use to fill in gaps were pieces didn't quite go flush together and where light from the LEDs bled through. Those little centimetre long panel pieces that you'd throw away were excellent for glueing into the gaps and blocking up the bleed in many places.

Absolutely brilliant!
I absolutely love doing these! PLEASE RELEASE MORE!!First, I made the Flying Dutchman. I loved this ship in the movies, so it was a no brainier. I was surprised by how much I enjoyed making it, and how cool it looks when complete. This promoted me to quickly purchase and build the red Queen Anne’s Revenge. This one was also really fun to build, and so much detail! I love the rear window and the gold detailing that goes on.I had to finish the set. So I have just today completed the black Queen Anne’s Revenge (The Black Pearl).Difficulty wise:Queen Anne’s Revenge was definitely the easiest one to complete, so a good starting point if you want to do them all. This was followed by the Flying Dutchman as the sort of middle ground. The front mouth was quite tricky at times.Oddly, the most difficult of them all was the black variation of the Queen Anne’s Revenge aka, Black Pearl. There is a lot of really tricky parts in this, small pieces and the sails/masts are a lot harder to get together and keep together when attaching to the main ship. Like other reviews, I was a little disappointed that the cannons on this one are also card, unlike the plastic ones in the other ships. But overall, I highly recommend anyone to give these all a go. I had great fun and I think I’ll carry on and do some others from the range.*Please do Silent Mary from Pirates Of The Caribbean!!Edit (again) I have just completed the San Felipe. This was another really enjoyable one to do. The colours on this one are amazing, and it really does stand out. The Mary Rose would be a great release too!

Incredible and hooked
I loved it, was amazed, and got hooked on this new hobby of puzzle-type models.I start by saying that the size is considerable, almost 1 meter long.Materialally, it is luxurious, firm but manageable cardboard to make all kinds of curves and shapes, giving it a very realistic appearance even though it looks like a puzzle. The details are incredible, taking care of the slightest gap so that everything that ends up in sight is interesting. The assembly took me about 6 hours, and of course I did it in one go because I was super hooked. It is not very complicated but you have to go with a firm step since there are many very small parts that can be easily damaged if you do not treat it with care, for this I recommend using a punch for the smallest parts and thus not bending them when having to cut the parts leftovers. The instructions are very well written and illustrated, and if you have any questions, also with the illustrations and small guides on the pieces themselves, you end up solving them easily. The lights are perhaps what can make you waste the most time at first, but as soon as you get the hang of it you realize that it is very easy to follow the lines on the pieces. The stability once assembled is good, there are more sensitive parts but at no time does anything deform, and all this using only the parts, without any glue or anything. In short, a piece of gift, decorative, entertaining and that at night with the lights looks luxurious.Very highly recommended

It started off wally well. The front was a bit harder to stay together. Didn't seem to fit as instructed. Looks great

Titanic come to life!
Brilliant sturdy set as a Xmas gift for my 8yo who is Titanic obsessed, with easy to follow instructions and everything numbered on all the pieces. Well worth adding the LED lights too as the ship looks lovely at night. Really good detail for the top deck and a lot bigger than I thought so good value I’d say!

Excellent quality, Extremely impressed
Bought this as a present for hubby. At first he wasn't too sure he was going to enjoy it as it looked cheap and made of cardboard he wasn't that sure, however it has provided absolutely hours of fun putting together and he cannot believe the excellent quality, sturdiness, ease of making it and is now sitting pride of place on our bar

Age and quality
For age 10+, so it’s for our Grandson for his birthday, can’t say what it will be like till he has it, and that won’t be until June, I can say the box is heavy, and it looks perfect for him
