Q: Where can I get a replacement bulb?

The bulb is not replaceable. It is an LED chip.

Q: Why does the description say "Item Dimensions 10 x 5 x 4.1 inches" when the picture shows it is smaller than a cellphone?

Don't know where the dimensions came from......maybe that's the size of the box it comes in. It's about the size of a smaller cell phone. It wasn't very bright, so I sent it back.

Q: I have several of these lights, they are great. One battery is pooped after 4 years. Can the battery be replaced? Let me know if you have.

The Slim work light battery is not replaceable.
