It works, I have neuropathy and it helps me at night with pain

I ordered this item because a friend had been using this brand of Magnesium Lotion and let me try some for myself. After two days with quite an improvement in my lower back (less pain and stiffness) I ordered the same brand for myself. The strange thing is ( I would like the Life-Flo company to know)--although the item I received was identical to my friend's--the bottle, all the numbers and the expiration date identical--the lotion itself was completely different. My friend's was white, thick and didn't move when shaken. In contrast mine was liquid, easily shaken, and had a slight blue cast--and it does not feel to have as much strength as the thicker, white lotion did. So I'm wondering...why the difference, such a difference, in between the look and feel of the contents of two identicall bottles purchased about two weeks apart?

I was having leg cramps, and I hate taking pills, so when I found this item, I was ecstatic. I only use a small amount right before bed, and now I'm able to get a good night's sleep. Initially, I rubbed a small amount on my calves every night. After a week, I don't have to use it every day. A little bit goes a long way. Great stuff.

I've tried many aids to ease the pain, I was gifted this by a nurse..My Aches and Pains have limited my range of motion, after 28 years I'm able to cross my legs Indian style and the Crack in my hip no longer bothers me and sciatica no longer limits my movements..I've bought 4 bottles in 2 weeks..even family has seen the difference in their pains.

I used it before bed to try helping with restless legs. Unfortunately it feels super sticky even after hours of wear (through the night). I wasn’t sleeping well just because I could feel the sticky film throughout the night so I can’t recommend this before bed. It’s also pretty thick & hard to rub in.

I use this every night before bed on my lower stomach due to my tight pelvic floor to relax it. I also put it on my feet before bed. It doesn’t have a smell and it’s thick. Definitely worth the buy if you’re looking for magnesium lotion, as magnesium is best absorbed through the skin.

Got this (unscented version) for restless legs during pregnancy. It definitely helps and has a very mild pleasant feeling on the skin, but doesn’t solve restless legs completely. Also helps some with achey hips. The lotion is on the thicker side and it’s hard to fully rub it in (it stays white and you can still see all the directions you’ve rubbed it on your skin). I don’t mind that personally, I’m not trying to win a beauty pageant just get more than 3 hours of sleep. I find it particularly helpful to cover my feet in it then put on socks. Anyway, I recommend it but it’s definitely not a complete solution to restless legs.
