Made firm dough
I used this for noodles and it made an easy dough ball. Came together fast with eggs and olive oil. It tastes good. A little more grainy than I'm used to but that softened up as it sat. It is more yellow than all purpose but lighter than corn meal so it gave the pasta a nice color.

Ottima farina, di qualità come sempre da La Molisana. La semola rimacinata di grano duro dà alla pizza una consistenza croccante fuori e morbida dentro, perfetta anche per pane e focacce. Solo grano italiano e macinata a pietra; si sente la differenza. Consigliatissima per chi ama impastare a casa.

LOVE this flour Made fab crusty Italian bread which is very tasty. I made it in my Breville bread maker Used the Basic white bread recipe /setting 2lb, medium colour crust Followed the recipe except I used organic salted butter though it’s less salty than most salted butters and still added the salt in the recipe. I let out the vital wheat gluten which is optional anyway and added substituted (same volume ) if hulled sesame seeds. These give bread a lovely added flavour. I used dehydrated WHOLE milk powder instead of the skim milk powder. I buy it online direct / through amazon. It’s pricey but it tastes just like fresh whole milk when mixed up so i keep it for emergencies. Turns out a pandemic hit when I was prepared for an earthquake but whatever I have it and then works in bread making. Hope that is helpful as you can see from the pics it has a lovely crumb and crust
